We are delighted to be working with St John Fisher School in Peterborough to support their Duke of Edinburgh Silver Award (D of E).
The school has one of the highest percentage of deprivation in Peterborough, with many of the students living in a Disadvantaged Uplift area who simply could not afford to participate in the D of E award without financial support.
The school is already achieving great academic progress with many of their students going on to become first generation University students. Like Cam and Bear, St John Fisher School strongly believe that outdoor education has a major part to play in this student success and wellbeing, and contributes to more socio-economic mobility and equal opportunities for all.
